Philosophy and types of treatments used

Veronika has extensive experience in Remedial Massage, having graduated from Naturecare college in 1993 . Over the years she has worked with osteopaths, chiropractors and acupuncturists , complementing their treatments and vice versa.

She has completed post-graduate studies in Lymphatic Drainage, Positional Release, Traditional Chinese Massage, Reflexology and Myofascial Release and combines these different techniques to suit the individual at the time of consultation.

The combination of Deep Tissue work with Positional Release and Myofascial work means that muscles release very effectively under her hands and long-term change is the goal of treatment.

Stretches, recommendations for complementary therapies and practices, and suggestions on better using your body may be given also.

Veronika also works in the field of corporate massage in the office and so has experience treating and advising on the particular set of strain patterns experienced by people working in this situation. She enjoys working with people to ease their musculoskeletal tension and provides a safe space to release built-up stress.
