Philosophy and types of treatment used

Deborah has 20 years of experience in natural therapies and her view of health is geared toward educating and empowering others on how to prevent or manage illness and remain well. She combines traditional medicine with modern concepts in an attempt to bridge the gap between traditional and orthodox medicine.

Although Deborah has specialised in women’s health for many years she does not limit her practice to this field alone. Her grass roots approach includes dietary and nutritional advice; lifestyle changes; stretching and exercise; weight loss and stress management. Her style of treatment, which may or may not include herbal medicine, suits adults and children of all ages for any health related matter. Deborah will work with you according to your individual requirements.
