- Osteopathy is a very large part of my life
- a very enjoyable and rewarding profession
- involved in the health care world for around ten years
- osteopathic treatment can help many conditions and diseases
Osteopaths cannot help but create their own art with the science of osteopathy:
- my focus has been on deep tissue osteopathic massage and skilful manipulation of specific joints.
My philosophy of treatment rests upon the idea of freedom
Freedom of movement of all body structures:
- muscles
- bones
- ligaments
- tendons
- fascia
- all connective tissue
- also fluids - blood, lymph, cerebro-spinal fluid
I have a large interest in energy flow - chi, ki, prana, however you may define it:
- has been my experience that energy flow can be blocked by "mechanical" restrictions, as well as more etheric concepts.
I could go on but I will stop and let my hands communicate via touch - much better!
